高溫用途易使橡膠老化(huà)，所以在選擇優質的橡膠輥面的同時(shí)，輥芯的冷卻設計也(yě)非常重要。采用大通水量的螺旋流道設計，使輥面溫度均勻可控。
精密的研磨加工設備确保橡膠輥面與兩端軸承的同軸精度，多種靜平衡、動平衡校(xiào)正工序，即使在轉速極高的雙向拉伸薄膜等生(shēng)産線設備上(shàng)使用也(yě)能(néng)夠穩定、運轉。
